LXS9204A Notes
The LXS9204A patch cables only work with the Linaire LXS 9204 cable and LXS 4 panel. This patch allows the operation of the TDR 94 with a CTL 92 serial control head.
This patch cable can be connected so that the altitude code from LXS panel thumbwheel is applied to either the TDR94 or the CTL92 control head. For connection to the TDR 94 (572 altitude code) connect patch A to patch B and select (LXS 4 panel) CSDB of the 429/CSDB switch and 572 of the Altitude Type switch. To connect the 572 altitude code to the CTL 92 for conversion to CSDB serial operation connect patch A to patch C and select (LXS 4 panel) CSDB of the 429/CSDB switch and CSDB of the Altitude Type switch.

Plug in the P4 cable end to LXS 4 panel P4
Plug in the P1 cable end to LXS 4 panel P1
Plug in the CTL92 cable end to the controller.
To patch altitude code to TDR-94/94D connect patch A to patch B.
To patch altitude code to CTL-92 controller connect patch A to patch C.

Accessory box switch operations:
POWER INPUT # 1 / POWER INPUT # 2 CTL 92
Provided to test the input protection diodes on the A5 interconnect card.
INDENT / OFF The INDENT position grounds the Indent line.
SIDE # 1 BUSS / SIDE # 2 BUSS
Provides for testing a unit as number 2 in a system where the CTL 92 is used to operate dual TDR 94's. Selecting SIDE # 2 applies the TDR 94 data to the CTL 92's remote serial data input and sends the CTL 92's serial data # 2 to the TDR 94. This checks for proper operation of the CTL 92 dual inputs and output serial circuits. Select the correct SDI on the LXS 4 panel.
5 VDC/28 VDC Selects indicator lamps voltage. The 28 VDC is supplied from the LXS 4 panel and 5VDC is supplied from the customer's 5 VDC source.
